We are launching a new project: Yuri Felshtinsky's Video Blog. On this blog, I will select and present YouTube videos that are deserving of my commentary and your time. In our discussion forum, you, dear readers and viewers, will be able not only to discuss and comment on videos posted by me, but also to make your own recommendations and suggestions on other YouTube clips worthy of attention.
My goal is to save time for YouTube viewers by offering them the possibility of clicking on my link to see what I have to offer today - rather than surfing the internet in search of interesting footage.
As a historian by education and an expert on contemporary Russia, I will naturally begin with political topics that concern the present day or the recent past. This does not mean that we have to limit ourselves to politics. Politics will simply be our starting point.
